DANCE
Vivi has been dancing for 6 years and was a company member for 5 years at 520 Dance Company in Tucson, Arizona. She has also choreographed pieces that were performed at 520 Dance Company. Currently, she has taken classes from Michael McCarthy and Jeremy Duvall at the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University. She recently was the dance captain for [Title of Show] for Stripped (Oklahoma City University student run musical group) and performed as part of the dance ensemble.
She has been an assitant teacher for ballet and tap classes with 520 Dance Company for ages 3-9.
AWARDS: Superior Award for Musical Theatre Solo Dance Performance at the Southern Arizona Festival of Theatre in 2024 and 2025 (Requirements: choreograph and perform a full song of your choosing for a panel of judges)
LIGHTING
Vivi has previously been a lighting designer for various shows such as Night of the Living Dead, The Three Musketeers, The Witches, Murder on the Orient Express, The Pirate Sisters and the Bounty of Bluebeard, Canterville Ghost, and Totally Murder! She is proficient in using the ETC ION XE and ETC ION lighting consoles, hanging and focusing lights, and creating lighting design concepts.
AWARDS: Superior Award for Lighting Design at the Southern Arizona Festival of Theatre 2023 (Requirements: Design the lighting for a show, provide a portfolio of the whole process, and present various lighting plots and programming notes)
COSTUMES
Vivi has been sewing since she was 10 years and has worked in costume design, production, and performed alterations. She has created patterns, followed patterns, and put together costume designs based on the director's concepts. She assisted the costume department for The Three Musketeers and The Pirate Sisters and the Tale of Bluebead by altering various period piece dresses. Additionally, she deisgned the costumes for The Uninvited and Vintage Hitchcock: A Radio Play. She also created, designed, and constructed 3 pairs of pants for characters on stilts in a production of Big Fish.
Outside of theatre, Vivi created an online Etsy shop where she designed masks meant for younger faces and produced, promoted, and sold her own products across the United States. The company was in business during COVID and stopped operating once the demand for masks decreased.

DIRECTING
Vivi has been on the technical side of things as a director for multiple shows. She has assitant directed for Canterville Ghost and directed Totally Murder!
For Totally Murder! she directed a cast of 20+ people and also did the lighting design and marketing for the show. She also assisted with the props and costumes for this production. Below are photos from the show, the lighting, and the program design she created:
